Amul has strengthened its global sporting presence by becoming an official partner of the 2026 Commonwealth Games, which opened in Glasgow, Scotland, on July 23, media reports say.
Besides supporting the Games, the Indian dairy cooperative has been named the presenting partner for the weightlifting, para powerlifting and boxing competitions. Amul has also become an official supporter of Commonwealth Sport, reflecting its growing international brand visibility.
The Games, running until August 2, feature 10 sports and six para sports. Amul’s association with one of the world’s leading multi-sport events underscores the cooperative giant’s expanding global footprint while reinforcing its longstanding commitment to promoting sports, fitness and healthy living through its trusted dairy products.
