A workshop on the Chief Minister Krishak Samriddhi Yojana and a review meeting on the functioning of the cooperative bank were held in Uttar Pradesh on September 28, 2026, under the chairmanship of Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Cooperation, J.P.S. Rathore.
The meeting reviewed the bank’s activities and discussed measures to strengthen implementation of the farmer-focused scheme. The meeting was attended by the bank’s chairman, Principal Secretary, Commissioner and Registrar of Cooperatives, Additional Commissioner and Additional Registrar (Banking/Administration), NABARD’s Chief General Manager and the bank’s Managing Director.
Senior officials of the Cooperation Department, Deputy Commissioners and Deputy Registrars from across the state, Assistant Commissioners and Assistant Registrars, members of the bank’s Board of Directors, headquarters officials, branch representatives, branch managers and regional managers also participated.
The workshop and review brought together senior officials and field-level representatives to assess cooperative banking operations and coordinate implementation of the scheme across Uttar Pradesh.
