As part of the Cooperative Week celebrations, IFFCO Chairman Dileep Sanghani, who also serves as Chairman of GUJCOMASOL, led a Swachhata Abhiyan at the GUJCOMASOL headquarters in Gandhinagar, reaffirming the cooperative sector’s commitment to social responsibility and community participation.
The cleanliness drive was organised under the theme “Swachhata Hi Seva”, with employees and cooperative members participating in cleaning the office premises and surrounding areas.
The campaign aimed to promote the message of a clean, healthy, and sustainable environment while encouraging public participation in sanitation initiatives.
Addressing the participants, Sanghani said that cooperatives are not only instruments of economic empowerment but also play a vital role in fulfilling social responsibilities and strengthening community engagement. He urged people to transform cleanliness into a mass movement and further reinforce Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of Swachh Bharat.
