Bipin Sahu took over the charge of Chairman of Chhattisgarh State Cooperative Milk Federation in which State Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel was present virtually.
On the occasion, Baghel said that Sahu’s guidance would help in strengthening the milk co-ops and this would also help in initiating steps to raise milk production in the state of Chhattisgarh.
Chhattisgarh State Cooperative Milk Federation is the apex cooperative body, under which 1100 milk cooperative societies have been formed in 22 districts and 42 thousand 885 milk producers are members. The federation procures about one lakh liters of milk per day.
