On the occasion of the 52nd annual general meeting of IFFCO, Nafscob Chairman K Ravinder Rao urged the management to pay special attention to spraying Nano Urea and DAP through drones.
Rao was present in the capacity of IFFCO’s one of the RGB members. “IFFCO is doing well in creating awareness about the Nano range of products among the farmers but it will be commendable if farmers are educated about them spraying through drones”, he said.
‘Cooperative societies can help farmers use drone technology. Besides, IFFCO’s liquid fertilisers save foreign exchange”, Rao asserted.
Rao was also full of praise for IFFCO MD Dr U S Awasthi and called upon the government to bestow the Padma award on him.
