A high-level delegation led by Satish Marathe, along with Sahakar Bharati leaders D N Thakur, Dattaram Chalke, Sanjay Pachpor and Sharad Gangal, visited the head office of Kalyan Janata Sahakari Bank.

The delegation was warmly welcomed by the bank’s Chairperson Sampada Kulkarni, who hosted an interaction with the newly elected board and senior officials.

During the meeting, leaders emphasized effective implementation of Central Government and Reserve Bank of India policies to drive expansion. Key focus areas included branch growth, business diversification, and improving operational efficiency.

 They also underlined the importance of strategic consolidation, recommending mergers of smaller banks where necessary to strengthen the cooperative banking ecosystem.

The discussions highlighted the need for sustainable growth while strictly adhering to cooperative principles and regulatory norms.
