Maharashtra Fisheries and Ports Development Minister Nitesh Rane distributed appointment letters to newly recruited employees of the Sindhudurg District Central Cooperative Bank (DCCB).
Sharing details of the event on X, Rane described the Sindhudurg DCCB as the backbone of the district’s economy, emphasizing that the livelihoods of thousands of families are closely linked with the cooperative bank.
Addressing the newly appointed employees, he urged them to view themselves not merely as bank employees but as partners in the district’s development. He said their commitment and dedication would play a vital role in strengthening the local economy and accelerating the district’s overall progress.
The programme was attended by Sindhudurg DCCB Chairman Manish Dalvi, Chief Executive Officer Aniruddha Desai, directors Dilip Ravarane, Smita Rane, Victor Dantas, Adv. Prakash Bodas, Gajanan Gawde, Sameer Sawant, Ravindra Madgavkar, along with newly recruited employees, their parents and a large number of bank officials.
The appointment letter distribution ceremony reflected the bank’s continued focus on strengthening its workforce while reaffirming its key role in the cooperative and economic development of Sindhudurg district.
