A news outlet reports Punjab govt. will insure PACS’s employees on the pattern of the employees of its co-operation department.
Punjab cooperation minister Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa made this announcement.
Every employee will be insured to the tune of Rs 25 lakh for a year.
The PACS, willing to insure their employees could pass a resolution keeping in view their financial situation.
