NABARD’s New Delhi Regional Office convened the third meeting of the High-Level Committee (HLC) on the cooperative sector in the National Capital Territory of Delhi on Tuesday, under the chairmanship of Pandurang K. Pole, IAS, Secretary (Cooperation), Government of NCT of Delhi.
Nabin Kumar Roy, Chief General Manager, NABARD, served as the convener of the meeting.
The meeting follows NABARD’s efforts to prepare a roadmap for strengthening the cooperative sector in Delhi. According to a report in The Economic Times, NABARD has proposed measures to strengthen cooperatives, with a cabinet note suggested as part of the process.
