Nearly 23 thousand farmers are expected to benefit from the relief measure. Vidharbha and Marathwada regions of Maharashtra are reeling from a scarcity condition.

If State Consumer forum is presented a petition against Weather Gods for deficiency in service of providing enough rains to farmers, do not be surprised.
