IFFCO-TOKIO hails Driver-Owned Mobility Revolution
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

IFFCO-TOKIO General Insurance has extended its support to the newly launched Bharat Taxi, describing it as the beginning of a new era in India’s mobility sector based on the cooperative model.

Congratulating Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah and the Ministry of Cooperation on the launch, IFFCO-TOKIO said the initiative embodies the vision of “Sahkar Se Samriddhi” by empowering drivers through a zero-commission, driver-owned digital platform.

The company also welcomed IFFCO Chairman Dileep Sanghani to its stall during the launch event in Gandhinagar. Highlighting Bharat Taxi’s unique “Saarthi Hi Maalik” concept, IFFCO-TOKIO said the platform aims to make over seven lakh drivers genuine stakeholders in the country’s ride-hailing ecosystem rather than merely service providers.
