The Himachal Pradesh State Cooperative Bank (HPSCB) will suspend branch banking and digital services from 5 pm on July 17 to 10 am on July 22 as it upgrades its Core Banking System to Finacle under the NABARD Umbrella Project, media reports say.
During the migration, ATMs, internet and mobile banking, UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, RuPay debit cards, AEPS and other CBS-linked services will remain unavailable. The bank said the upgrade to Finacle CBS version 10.2.25 will deliver faster, safer and more efficient banking services while strengthening its digital infrastructure.
Customers have been advised to complete important transactions before the maintenance period. HPSCB assured that services will be restored as scheduled and thanked customers for their cooperation during the temporary disruption.
