In a significant development in the cooperative sector, NCDC Governing Council member Dhananjay Singh has been nominated as a delegate to the National Cooperative Union of India (NCUI) from the Uttar Pradesh State Cooperative Union.
The nomination was finalised during a recent board meeting of the Uttar Pradesh State Cooperative Union, held soon after the conclusion of its board elections.
Following deliberations, the newly constituted board unanimously selected Singh to represent the state at the national level within NCUI.
Singh, who is also a member of the Governing Council of the National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC), brings with him considerable experience and insight into the cooperative movement.
His appointment is expected to strengthen Uttar Pradesh’s representation in national cooperative discussions and policymaking forums.
