NCEL, NCOL and BBSSL hosted officers from Bihar’s Cooperation Department as part of a training programme organised by NCDC’s LINAC, under the Ministry of Cooperation. The programme focused on strengthening cooperative institutions and enhancing the capabilities of officials working with the cooperative sector.
The interaction provided the participating officers an opportunity to understand the functioning and initiatives of the three national-level cooperative organisations and their role in empowering farmers and strengthening the cooperative ecosystem.
The initiative reflects the Ministry of Cooperation’s emphasis on capacity building and developing a more efficient and professionally managed cooperative sector through structured training and knowledge sharing.
