Bihar Cooperation Minister Ram Kripal Yadav on Thursday held a review meeting with senior officials of the Cooperation Department to assess preparations for the effective implementation of the Bihar State Cooperative Policy, 2026.
During the meeting, the Minister reviewed the progress and departmental preparedness related to the newly formulated cooperative policy. Officials briefed him on the steps being taken to translate the policy provisions into effective measures for strengthening the cooperative sector across the state.
The review assumes significance as Bihar seeks to give greater impetus to cooperative institutions and expand their role in supporting members and local communities.
The Minister directed the concerned officials to ensure coordinated efforts for the timely and effective implementation of the policy.
