The beneficiaries were honoured for completing 10, 20 and 30 years of satisfactory and blemish-free service, reflecting the department’s emphasis on rewarding commitment and professional excellence.

According to the department, the initiative is more than a financial incentive. It serves as a recognition of employees’ contributions and highlights the government’s commitment to staff welfare within the cooperative sector.

The department described the milestone as a celebration of perseverance, loyalty and dedication, noting that every stage of service represents an important contribution to strengthening Bihar’s cooperative framework.
