On the fifth Foundation Day of the Union Ministry of Cooperation, V. Sudhakar Chowdary said India’s cooperative movement has entered a transformative phase, creating new opportunities for farmers, rural communities, and inclusive economic growth.
In a message marking five years of the Ministry of Cooperation, Chowdary said the sector has gained fresh momentum under the vision of “Sahkar Se Samriddhi”, emerging as a key pillar of sustainable development and agricultural empowerment.
Highlighting KRIBHCO’s role in strengthening the cooperative ecosystem, he said the fertiliser cooperative remains committed to supporting farmers through innovation, efficient services and cooperative-led development.
He added that KRIBHCO will continue to work in alignment with the Ministry of Cooperation’s vision by expanding opportunities for farmers and reinforcing the cooperative movement across the country.
As the Ministry of Cooperation completes five years, Chowdary reaffirmed KRIBHCO’s commitment to empowering cooperatives, promoting inclusive growth and contributing to a stronger, self-reliant rural economy through the cooperative model.
