Dairy cooperative giant Amul on Thursday said that its 36 lakh associated farmers have congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi for completing 4,400 days in office and for his leadership of the country.
In a post shared on social media platform X, Amul said the farmers extended their greetings to the Prime Minister and appreciated his vision and guidance for the nation’s development. The cooperative also acknowledged the role of the government in supporting sectors such as dairy, agriculture and rural empowerment over the years.
Amul, one of India’s largest dairy cooperatives, represents millions of milk producers across Gujarat and other states. The organisation frequently highlights the contribution of farmers and cooperative institutions in strengthening the rural economy and ensuring sustainable livelihoods for dairy producers across the country.
