I have purchased parking from on of resale property of my building, prior to this i was not having any parking area, but society members are saying that its illegal.
Hence i request you to please provide me your valuable suggestion and under which bye Law its legal to purchase resale parking.

Are you saying that you have purchased a parking from another member who had purchased from the builder in the past but he does not need it any more?
“Society members” are saying that it is illegal- you mean some society members?
When you purchased it, did you enter in the agreement with the owner? Did the Advocate draft it?
I do not know parking rules followed by your CHS as I do not know its registration date (which helps me to guess the Model Bye-Laws registered by your society) so I cannot tell you more with accuracy.
