NCUI President Dr Chandra Pal Singh Yadav is unfazed by the news that the defeated GC Candidate Ashok Dabas has knocked the door of the Central Registrar with an election petition challenging the recently held election, which re-elected him to the top post once again.

“I knew he will do it” said Mr Yadav talking to Indian Cooperative on phone. Explaining further Yadav said the moment he filed nomination it was clear to us that if he wins its alright if he loses he will file the case.

“We are ready and, prepared”, he added confidently.

“I respect once right to go to judiciary if he feels like; let the section officer examine the maintainability of his case, we would respond when the time comes”, he said.

“So far as this government is concerned let me tell them through you that they have cooperated with us in conducting a free and transparent election; NCUI is thankful to them”, he said.
