NCCE trains co-operators of PACS & Credit Co-ops from Assam

NCCE recently organized a three day training program in collaboration with Nalbari District Cooperative at its headquarters in Delhi, in which several co-operators from the north eastern state participated.

32 participants attended the program. All the participants were from Nalbari district of Assam representing PACS and Thrift and Credit societies, informs the press release issued by NCCE.

 The objective of the training program was to raise awareness about how cooperators could increase their efficiency, effectiveness and the profitability of their cooperative societies, claimed a senior Faculty of NCCE.

The program was inaugurated by V.K Dubey Director NCCE. All the NCCE faculty members were present on the occasion. In the inaugural session, V.K Dubey explained the training schedule and made a presentation on cooperative Law and Management.

A wide range of topics like cooperative thoughts, value-based management, problems and challenges before cooperative credit societies, accounting and taxation, digitization and cashless transactions and styles of leadership were discussed during the program.

The participants’ queries and doubts were taken up during the event. They also went for a study visit. All of them were awarded a certificate of participation. The participants appreciated the program and expressed their satisfaction at the knowledge they gained through this leadership development program.

 The program was coordinated by Priyank Singh, Assistant Director, NCCE.
