Once again, the Labour and Construction Cooperative Federation (LACCFED) of UP is in news. The cooperative cell of the special investigating agency (SIB) of the state has carried out raids at 11 locations in Kanpur in connection with a construction scam.
The raids were targeted at various properties owned by a business group in the city, claimed SIB sources.
Sources added the raids yielded a number of important documents and computer hard disks that could be a great help in the investigations.
