Sunil electrifies audience with speech; demands Padma for Awasthi

Known for delivering flamboyant speeches, Biscomaun Chairman and an RGB member Dr. Sunil Kumar Singh electrified the assembled crowds with his wit and humor at the 51st AGM of co-op titan IFFCO at the NCUI headquarters in Delhi on Wednesday.

Talking about IFFCO Chairman’s even temperament to Awasthi’s charismatic leadership, Sunil engaged one and all during his short but powerful speech. “You cannot find out about Sanghanijee if he is happy with you or crosses with you as both his love and hate have similar expressions”, said Sunil in chaste Bihari Hindi.

Sunil said Dr. U S Awasthi was the most successful co-operator in the universe. When the whole of the world was hiding within the four walls of houses during Corona, the IFFCO team led by Awasthi was busy producing fertilizers. The profit of more than Rs 2500 crore that you see today is the result of the same dedication, stated Sunil who is also an MLC in the Bihar Legislative Council.

His most important take was a tip on popularizing Nano Urea which he gave free of cost to IFFCO Marketing Director Yogendra Kumar. We in Bihar ask people to take crocin when one complains of fever, similarly, farmers should take the name of Nano urea if they want to increase the yield, said Sunil in his desi style.

Popularizing Nano and making it a household name, was the advice of Biscomaun Chairman who despite being a Kribhco Board member, distributes IFFCO urea in the state of Bihar.

Sunil also read poems eulogizing both Sanghani and Awasthi. At the end of his speech he engaged the audience and asked them to stand on their feet if they think Dr. Uday Shankar Awasthi deserves a Padma Award.

While the entire audience sprang to its feet, Sunil asked the IFFCO Board to write letters to the govt to this effect.
