A visible happy President tweeted: #PresidentMukherjee today received first copy of the book “Munger ThroughThe Ages” written by Late Shri D.P.Yadav.
D P Yadav graduated in Science from Calcutta University and Post Graduated from Bihar Univ. He was also a junior scientist in CSIR and joined politics, becoming Member of Indian Parliament of Fifth, Seventh and Eighth Lok Sabha. He was Minister in the cabinets of both Ms. Indira Gandhi followed by Rajiv Gandhi.
Yadav had been closely associated with academic institutions like NCERT, IIT, CSIR, ICAR and several other institutions of national importance while closely interacting with top scientists, administrators and planner of the country. Such an illustrious personality became the Chairman of largest cooperative institution of India IFFCO and it is a matter of pride for us said a Board member of IFFCO to Indian Cooperative.
Enthused by the Presidential release of the book the Managing Director of IFFCO Dr U S Awasthi tweeted: #iffco has been given honour to introduce Sh DP Yadav. I had very close relationship with him. We had common interest in soil and farmers#.

Yadav had also been trustee of IFFCO Foundation.
