IFFCO MD praises creator of IUCF Logo

Dr. U S Awasthi the Managing Director of IFFCO unveiled the logo of IFFCO’s 9th Inter-Unit Cultural Festival held in Gurgaon last week and called it what is known as the “Confluence of Cultures”.

IFFCO, the giant farmers’ cooperative has always valued the underlying connections between culture and agriculture. The Shree Shukla IFFCO Sahitya Samman and Inter-Unit Cultural Feastival (IUCF) are some of them, Awasthi has said on many occasions in the past.

The logo designed by Ajit Bhattacharya, an IFFCO employee from Assam has been widely appreciated and several of MD’s followers on twitter have waxed poetic about it. . “Simple, Unique logo that sends the intended message of IFFCO’s rich & deep rooted culture, set by u Sir, which v r so proud of !”-one of the tweets read.

Another tweet said” Logo looks fantastic and is versatile for multiple uses. IUCF is your brainchild and it will surely bloom”.

Awasthi himself was happy to inaugurate the logo as expressed in his tweet” Extremely Happy To Unveil D Logo of #IFFCO’s 9th Inter-Unit Cultural Festival in Gurgaon. #Confluence of #Cultures. “

He also praised Mr Bhattacharya and dedicated a tweet to him. Dr. U S Awasthi said “Congratulations #AjitBhattacharya; our officer from #Assam for designing the #IUCF logo. Prepare, Participate & Showcase the hidden talent.”

One of his followers, Jago Bharati, however wanted the logo to be in Hindi language so that the native language is encouraged.
