IFFCO comes up with digital platform for co-ops

During his visit to Ranchi- the capital of Jharkhand, Dr U S Awasthi Managing Director of IFFCO announced that IFFCO has come up with a digital platform where farmers and cooperators can connect. It has been formed incorporating the latest technology, he added. Ranchi was his 35th port of call in the ” connect farmers campaign” across the country.

”We will solve problems of farmers through new digital platform and farmers should connect with it”. It would open up new avenues of earning for the farmers, he emphasized. Elaborating on the power of a digital platform he said future belongs to them who adopt the latest technologies.

On this occasion Awasthi also stressed the importance of providing quality fertilizer to the farmers of the country and called for insurance for all cooperatives. We invite you all to join insurance; he called out to the farmers of Jharkhand.

In Ranchi Dr U S Awasthi talked of strengthening cooperatives in the country and taking them to the pinnacle of success. He also interacted with farmers and cooperators of Ranchi one and one and conveyed the message of power of the idea of cooperative.

He also inaugurated an agriculture exhibition. His next destination is Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu which he would visit today on Friday.
