Cooperators were not behind anybody in celebrating the national parva, the Independence day on 15th August. IFFCO MD Dr U S Awasthi went all the way to celebrate the great day with the employees of Gujarat based Kalol fertilizer plant.

Earlier, Awasthi took stock of Kalol plant. Impressed by its condition he tweeted: Went around #kalol unit of 39 year old looks like absolutely new plant. our culture is to preserve and use commercially .congrats to Kalol.
IFFCO’s Kalol unit has distinction of having achieved lowest yearly energy consumption for both Ammonia and Urea Plants as well as achieving highest yearly production for Ammonia Plant in the past.
