Cooperators celebrate 72nd I-Day with enthusiasm

Reports of cooperators celebrating the 72nd Independence Day are pouring in from several parts of the country. From small to big-all co-operatives have participated in the great national festival on Wednesday.

Union Agriculture Minister Radha Mohan Singh wrote, On the occasion of Independence Day we take pledge to take the nation to the newer heights. Best wishes of Independence Day to the Nation.

The apex body of Cooperatives National Cooperative Union of India (NCUI) President Dr Chandra Pal Singh Yadav said “Salute to the Nation and best wishes to all my fellow cooperators on the joyous occasion of 72nd Independence Day.

Hoisting National tricolor at Paradeep in Odisha, IFFCO MD Dr U S Awasthi wrote on his twitter wall, “Today, I hoisted the national Flag and addressed all employees & officials at #IFFCO #Paradeep unit in #Odisha. The unit celebrated the #IndependenceDay in a grand manner with participation from children as well employees. #HappyIndependenceDay2018”.

The social media handle of Amul tweeted,”Celebrate India’s independence by raising a glass of milk. #IndependenceDay2018″.

NAFSCOB Chairman Dileepbhai Sanghani celebrated the Independence Day offering his best wishes to the Nation as well as his followers on social media.

On the eve of Independence Day, Sahakar Bharati Chief Jyotindra Mehta wrote on his facebook wall , “Sahakar Bharati is in service of India.”

The social media handle of Saraswat bank wrote on their facebook wall, “This #IndependenceDay, let’s celebrate the pride of being a part of this glorious nation. #SaraswatBank wishes everyone a very #HappyIndependenceDay!”.

Union Minister of State for Agriculture Parshottam Rupala wishes the Nation on the Independence Day through social media: “In honour of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for our #freedom, here’s wishing every Indian a happy Independence Day. Let us enlighten our hearts with the love for our country and thrive on patriotism.”.

Uttar Pradesh Cooperative Minister Mukut Bihari Verma hoisted the tricolor at Sadhan Sahakari Samiti at Barabanki and wrote on Social Media “Today hoisted the National Flag at Sadhan Sahakari Samiti, Barabanki. Jai Hind”.

Uttarakhand State Cooperative Bank Chairman Dan Singh Rawat said, “For the development and prosperity of the country I wish Happy Independence Day to all my fellows”.

Bihar based Siwan District Central Cooperative Bank also participated in the celebrations. While sharing the photos and words on social media, they wrote, Celebrating Independence Day at District Central Cooperative Bank, Siwan”.

Madhya Pradesh based Surajpole Cooperative Society hoisted the National Flag in the society premises where the society chairman Anil Bihani was present and offered the greetings of the day.

Karnataka based VISL employees Cooperative Bank also celebrated the day and hoisted the National Flag in the premises of the bank.
