Pawar pushes Mehsana fodder into election-fire

Sharad Pawar is bent upon using Mehsana-Mahananda fodder controversy for electoral purposes and called Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi an insensitive leader.

There was severe drought and our cattle were suffering so we approached Mehsana dairy for relief. They obliged us by sending fodder in the bags on which it was printed “not for sale”, yet Modi subsequently sent us a bill, Pawar lamented.

He reminded the voters that this heartless man is aiming to be the next prime minister and this should be understood by the voters.

The fodder export to Maharashtra cost Vipul Chaudhary, the Chairman of Mehsasa as well as GCMMF his job and landed several Mehsana officials into jail.

Modi camp is silent so far after initiating the legal proceedings on the matter.
