am looking for the Supreme Court order wherein the Housing Society plot can be developed into a an housing society with multiple members who then can have flats allotted to them constructed on the plot of the housing society.

I have a housing society plot and I intend to develop it into a building with multiple flats and form a housing society of the buyers of the flats. The new housing society can be a member of the existing society.

Request you to please share with me the Supreme court judgement.

I C Naik

You do not need Supreme Court to tell you that you can do it. Has any one objected to your proposal?
