I have been Chairman of Jarana chs Ltd , Panvel for the last one year. I was elected as Chairman for the provisional Committee for one year. My term expired on 09.05.20 but due to COVID 19 , Election is not yet done.
After the outbreak of Corona, I was staying in my home ( my age 64 years) and was not able to take an active part in Society activities. I used to send e-mail, Adda circular etc by sitting in Home. But I was available anytime for discussion or approval on the phone to Committee members.
But our Secretary and Treasurer had made a plan to boycott me and they didn’t take any approval on Society matters. Always they say No to my suggestions. Even they tell our residents and other Committee members that I am sitting in Home and sending orders etc. They started taking their own opinion for reducing maintenance charges etc.
This has created Stress for me and I have resigned by sending an e-mail to the Secretary. But since the past one month,my resignation was not accepted and the Secretary is telling me I can’t resign till completion of Annual Audit and AGM. And also stated that I would be held responsible for conducting the Audit till 30.06.20.
