Our Society has submitted E-1 & E 2 for along with list of proposed members/ voters & list of defaulters to registrar for conducting elections.
As per info, election officer is appointed & he has not given any letter to society.
I want to know whether members name can be removed from defaulter list, if he had paid the dues with 5 days of publishing defaulter list. or else what procedure to be followed by Election officer. Pl. let us know the same.
Whether society can finalise the final voter list & publish.

The officer will finalize the list of voters. The defaulters on the date of his examination of the list will be removed.
