This is prakash i am from hyderabad, we are residing in a flat in an apartment which is owned by us… the builder constructed this apartment in the year 2006 with a permission of G+2 building but illegaly constructed two more floors and set a cell tower on top of the building and constructed rooms in cellar without any permission, and more over his own ten flats are not assessed to the property tax assessment…
When we questioned him about these issues he stopped us giving drinking and raw water to us from last three months … how i can take some action against hum legally
