I have query regarding directorship on the Person.
The person who is a defaulter of the Govt Bank or Nationalised Bank can become director in Multistate Co-operative bank? Also confirm to whom should we report in RBI for such cases.

Write to the Dy. Registrar of the Ward where the concerned cooperative is registered. Provide authentic info and not hearsay.
