Are the rules governing the minutes of SGBMs in co-operative housing societies in Maharashtra the same as those governing AGM minutes, ie: as laid down in bye-law 108 of the Model Bye-laws of the Co-operative Housing Society (Tenant Co-partnership housing Society) 2014?

The term “every general body meeting” used in Bye-laws No 108 denotes that there is no difference in both as far as 108 is concerned.
