I am a MC member ( associate member and co-opted in MC) of CHS in Mulund. There are two MC member who are not attending the for last more thana year. Please let me know the exact procedure to remove them.

Provisions for removal of MC member are to be ascertained from Bye Laws. Since you are  a member of the Committee you should be able to pick up your society’s registered bye Laws and look up If your bye Laws are as per Model 2001 / 2009 Look up Bye Law Number 120 and read with Rule 58 (inserted w.e.f. 30 August 2014) as reproduced below. “58. Disqualification of committee and its members.—When on communication by the Chief Executive Officer of society or otherwise, the Registrar comes to know that any member of the committee incurs disqualification as mentioned in section 73 CA and the Bye-laws, the Registrar shall, after giving an opportunity of being heard, issue an order of cessation of membership of such member from the committee of the society: Provided that, the Registrar shall decide the matter within sixty days from the date of such communication or otherwise.”
