My father, myself & my wife are co-owners in a bungalow in Pune. The Society registration no is PNA/PNA(4)/HSG/(TO)/19705/2017-18 DATED 20/12/2017 in the name of AMAR SRUSHTI CO-OP HOUSING SOCIETY LTD.
I want to delete my father’s name due to his death by natural causes. Can you please tell me the documents required & the process?

( C ) Cessation of Membership
55.The person shall cease to be the Member of the Society:

- On his death.
The Committee shall take further action in the matter as indicated in the bye-law No.59.
- The Committee shall record the facts of cessation of Members Membership of the Society under the bye-law No. 55 and of Associate and Nominal Member’s Membership respectively under the bye-laws Nos. 56, 57 and 58, in the Minutes of its Meetings and accordingly the Secretary of the Society shall inform the concerned Members in writing within 7 days of the dates of such decision of the committee.
Further procedure is not expressly specified in the bye-laws but the two associate members should inform the Society about death of a member providing a copy of the death certificate. Also submit membership application of the Associate member to be upgraded as a main member.
