Ours is a Premises coop society in Mumbai Maharashtra. 4 months back we held elections in our society thru the Dy. Registrar. 9 members were elected to the committee.
What is the procedure to Conduct Re- elections in our society if
a) 5 (five) members resign including with the Chairman and Secretary.
b) 4 (four) members resign including the chairman.
c) 4 (four) members resign including Secretary
d) 3 (three) members resign including the chairman secretary
In the above case kindly provide information for Re- elections.

Resignations of Committee member result in casual vacancy. If a casual vacancy arose after the committee served a least half the tenure, casual vacancies can be filled by co[option of members from the category in which society should intimate the fact to Dy Registrar, vacancy arose. As the resignations came about i within 60 days the CEO of the So the SCEA will hold elections.
