I have applied for information to The CKP Co-Op. Bank.
They have NOT Replied to the RTI.
Appellate Authority is unknown. I have called for the appellate authority, but the person from Bank replied they are not under RTI and disconnected the Phone.
What can be done?

Unless the Bank is substantially funded/aided by the Government as per Supreme Court in Thalappalam Ser.Coop.Bank Ltd.& … vs State Of Kerala & Ors. on 7 October, 2013 : CIVIL APPEAL NO. 9017 OF 2013 it is not covered by RTI Act.
