Prepare a Feasibility Report of successfully running a Bank and show that to the Registrar’s Office. If the Officer is satisfied that your Project will work he will guide you further in the matter. Economic Viability of a cooperative society is a prerequisite to think of setting it up. Other Procedural matters are of least importance.
