I read this in your article that four Names of defaulters who have not paid maintenance for months will be removed from the voters’ list.
May I request you guide me as to which section of the MCS act or rules states that a defaulter may not vote at a committee election?

This was an incorrect statement in print media and not a provision in the Act.
