Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that the state government is committed to ensuring that government services reach every village in a simple, transparent, and time-bound manner. In line with this vision, 640 cooperative societies across the state have been developed as Common Service Centres (CSCs).

The Chief Minister said that by integrating cooperation with technology, the government aims to make the lives of people easier, expand access to essential services in rural areas, and strengthen the foundation of a self-reliant Uttarakhand. He added that cooperative institutions are playing a key role in delivering digital and citizen-centric services at the grassroots level.

CM Dhami emphasised that the initiative will not only improve service delivery but also generate employment opportunities in rural areas and enhance the role of cooperatives in the state’s development process. The move is part of the government’s broader efforts to promote digital governance and inclusive growth.
