UP State Coop Minister attends AGM of Saharanpur DCCB

Uttar Pradesh State Cooperative Minister Mukut Bihari Verma participated in the 71st Annual General Meeting of Saharanpur District Central Cooperative Bank organized at Solitaire farms on Wednesday.

In his address Minister said, “Each cooperative in the state will be audited every year and the expense will be borne by the state government”.

For encouraging the employees, Verma announced that reward will be given to the cooperative employees for their good work in the field of recovery, credit lending and wheat and paddy procurement.

On this occasion budget for two years was unanimously passed by the delegates. The meeting was presided over by Ch. Rajpal Singh, Chairman of the Bank.

Later, Cooperative Minister shared the details through social media and wrote, “Today graced as the Chief Guest on the occasion of 71st Annual General Meeting of Saharanpur District Central Cooperative Bank”.

Former MLA Rajeev Gumbhar, MLA Paradeep Choudhary, Merrut DCCB President Maninder Pal Singh were also present on the occasion. The meeting was convened by the bank Manager Mahendra Singh Saini.

Readers would recall that Uttar Pradesh State Government has decided to merge all the 50 District Central Cooperative Banks (DCCBs) with the apex bank Uttar Pradesh State Cooperative Bank. The process is underway.
