Niti Aayog and TRIFED will work together for executing ‘Van Dhan Yojana’ in tribal clusters of aspirational districts of the country, reports IANS.
The scheme is intended to bring about a thorough reform of the tribal ecosystem across the country. The TRIFED team is already at work sharing information about the Van Dhan Yojana with district authorities including collectors.
The Scheme provides MSP to gatherers of forest produces and introduce value addition and marketing through tribal groups and clusters- the TRIED’s important initiatives.
