Nagpur-based Tirupati Urban Cooperative Bank Ltd held its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) recently, at Chatrapati Sabhagruh, Chatrapati Nagar, Nagpur, highlighting strong financial growth during FY 2025-26.
Chairman Prem Grover presided over the meeting, while Vice Chairman Ramesh Borkute opened the proceedings with prayers and two minutes of silence in remembrance of the bank’s Founder and visionary leader, late Dattaji Meghe. Borkute also presented the Annual Report.
The bank, which operates 17 branches across Vidarbha and Navi Mumbai, crossed a business mix of Rs 1,500 crore. Deposits grew 30.5%, advances 34%, total assets 23%, and interest income 25% year-on-year as of March 31, 2026.
Director Mahendra Thakur presented key performance indicators, while Director Sayaji Jadhao proposed the vote of thanks. Directors CA B J Bajaj, Manohar Pande, Raghunath Malikar, Mohd. Kamil Ansari, Annaji Raut, Archana Vaidya, Rupal Meghe, Abdul Shakeel Sattar, CA Pranav Ade and Raju Lohe, along with CEO Sanjaayy Baanerji, attended the AGM.
The bank also felicitated meritorious children of members and senior citizen shareholders. The meeting concluded with the National Anthem.
