Tale of Karnataka’s unprofessional Co-op Exam Board

Reports coming from Kunnur in Southern Karnataka say that more than 500 posts in cooperative banks remains unoccupied as the qualification to these jobs are not properly defined, reports Matribhumi.com.

The news portal says there is confusion between the qualifications of two posts- System Supervisor and Data Entry Operator.

It was in December 2003 that the appointments to the primary cooperative institutions were handed to the cooperative exam board.

Letters written to the govt to clarify the issue have gone unheeded so far.
