The Bengaluru Province of the Karnataka State Souharda Joint Cooperative Limited organised a subject-specific training programme for presidents, chief executives and loan distribution department staff of Souharda cooperative societies in Chitradurga district on June 22, 2026.
Held at Hotel Aishwarya Port in Chitradurga, the programme focused on strengthening the managerial and operational capabilities of cooperative leaders and employees. Participants were provided training on key aspects of cooperative functioning, governance and loan distribution processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
The initiative forms part of the organisation’s ongoing efforts to build capacity within the Souharda cooperative sector and equip office-bearers and staff with the knowledge required to meet evolving operational and regulatory requirements.
