Shri Beereshwar Co-operative Credit Society Ltd., Examba, Karnataka, has expanded its network with the inauguration of its 234th branch at Karatagi in Koppal district on Wednesday.
With the new branch, the multi-state credit cooperative society now operates 234 branches across Karnataka, Maharashtra and Goa, serving more than 4.60 lakh shareholders. As of August 31, 2026, the Society reported total deposits of Rs 5,667 crore and loans and advances of Rs 4,038 crore.
The branch was inaugurated in the presence of Param Pujya Shri Nagabushan Shivayogi Shivacharya Mahaswamiji (Hebbal) and Param Pujya Shri Dr. Shiddarameshwar Sharanaru of Shri Siddashram Venkatgiri Camp, Ravudkund.
The ceremony was attended by Mounesh Basavaraj Dadesuguru, Manjunath Meguru and P. Govindraj Shetti, along with Society Director Yasin G. Tamboli, Vice President Vishwanath D. Petakar, General Manager Bahaddur A. Gurav, DGM S.K. Mane, branch managers, staff and members.
The Society has also begun preparations for its 235th branch at Pandharpur, Maharashtra, which is expected to be inaugurated next month.
