Southern India’s largest multi-state credit co-operative, Shri Beereshwar Co-operative Credit Society, organized a meeting of branch managers and passing officers last week to review Key Performance Areas (KPA) and evaluate staff performance.
On this occasion, the society also unveiled its new logo and announced a 15% increase in Dearness Allowance (DA) for its employees.
During the meeting, officials emphasized the importance of achieving 100% targets in loans, deposits, and insurance. Staff members were urged to work with dedication to help branches reach the set goals.
The meeting was attended by MLA Smt. Shashikala Jolle, Basavprasad Jolle, Shri Beereshwar Society Founder Appasaheb Jolle, Vice President Anand Patil, members of the board of directors, office bearers, staff, and others.
