REPCO Bank gives cheque of Rs 1.43 crore to CM

Chennai-based Repatriates Cooperative Finance and Development Bank popularly known as Repco Bank handed over a cheque of Rs. 1,42,60,000 to Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M. K. Stalin on Monday.

Dr .D Jagannatha, (IAS), Chairman, and R S Isabella, Managing Director, Repco Bank personally handed over the dividend cheque for 2020-21 to the Chief Minister.

Soon after the cheque-giving ceremony, the official social media handle of the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu shared the news.

Readers would recall the bank has performed well on all the financial parameters for the financial Year 2020-21 and has declared a dividend of 20% to its shareholders. The bank earned a Net Profit of Rs 61 crore, registering a growth of 9%.

The Business Mix of the Bank stood at Rs 16269 crore as of March 31, 2021.
